17th International Congress of Christian Archaeology

The 17th International Congress of Christian Archaeology will take place at Utrecht and Nijmegen Universities, from July 2 through July 6, 2018. Said conference is a major event in the field of late antique art and archaeology and a draw for archaeologists from all over Europe and the Middle East. The estimated number of participants will be around 200. For info on the conference itself, please consult our website: https://ciac.sites.uu.nl

The conference will be held at two venues: in Utrecht (July 2, 3, and 4) and in Nijmegen (July 4, 5, and 6). At both locations space has been reserved next to the main conference hall, for publishers to display their books. While there is no charge we kindly ask you to contact us to make a reservation. You can do so, by sending an e-mail, prior to June 15, 2018, to: ciac2018@let.ru.nl.

At Utrecht University, the Belle van Zuylen Zaal in the Academy Building has been reserved for publishers. This room will available from on Monday July 2, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. onwards. For the general location, see https://ciac.sites.uu.nl/locationsvenues/

If you need to pre-send your materials, make sure that they arrive at the following address by Thursday, June 28, 2018. We will then make sure that your books and promotional materials will be shuttled to the conference’s location in time:

At Nijmegen University, exhibition space will be available in the Linnaeus building, room 8, on July 5 and 6.  For pre-sending materials, please address them to:

Please note that we cannot assist you with the shipping of materials from Utrecht to Nijmegen University.
