Cancellations must be made in writing, by sending an email to: CIAC2018registration@uu.nlPlease make sure to mention your IBAN number in your mail.

Refunds will be made after the congress.

For requests arriving prior to, or on June 1, 2018 there will be a full refund minus a handling fee of 50 EUR.

For requests arriving after June 1, 2018 refunds are not possible.
